A Visa Invitation Letter (or a Visa Support Letter) is an official invitation to visit the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Visa Support Letter is issued by a licensed tourism agency, which submits it to the Migration Authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan for consideration.
After we prepare your visa support (and invitation letter, if needed), you still have to apply for the actual visa at a Kazakhstan embassy/consulate or visa center. You fill out the visa form, attach your passport, photos and our documents, pay the consular fee and submit everything to the consulate. They usually process it within a few working days and return your passport with a Kazakhstan visa. We’ll guide you on what to prepare, but the final decision is always made by the embassy/consulate.
Unfortunately, the final decision is always made by the Kazakhstan embassy/consulate, and no tour operator can guarantee visa approval, even with a correct invitation letter (LOI). Our visa support/LOI fee is generally non-refundable. This fee covers the work we do (preparing your invitation, itinerary, hotel confirmations, internal approvals). Even if the consulate refuses the visa, this work has already been done.
The average processing time is up to 14 days, but it can vary. We'll keep you informed throughout the process.
